The slightly inverted position this sequence offers your body will enhance your nervous system’s natural ability to downregulate and relax. The movements will help you gain suppleness and pliability throughout the muscles of your low back, hips and legs. With the aid of the Coregeous® ball and a strap, mobilize your lower body and create stretch and length through gentle traction. These moves will support the postural demands that your growing uterus places upon the rib/pelvis relationship.
