The Breath Set is a rolling and breathing practice that helps familiarize you with our three zone approach to embodied breathing. Understanding where and how we initiate our breath can help reduce common aches and pains, like neck and shoulder tension, just by developing better breathing habits.
As your pregnancy progresses, it is likely that your diaphragm and ribs will have to work harder against the pressure of your expanding uterus. This sequence will help you to initiate and control movement into deeper breath zones that will minimize shoulder and neck tension.
Ultimately these exercises and massages will help you build strength and suppleness within your torso. There are modifications offered for each stage of pregnancy.
