This is a rolling and breathing sequence that can help soothe muscles in the ribs, low back and hips while providing plenty of opportunity to calm your nervous system.
You will use the Coregeous® ball and the Alpha ball to coax gentle movement into what is essentially your inner baby carriage.
Your inner baby carriage is supported by all of the muscles that wrap around your torso. As the uterus expands and the front of the abdomen grows it’s common for the low back to feel compressed. This is largely due to the positional shifts in the ribcage.
Applying therapeutic touch with the therapy balls will help you to enhance movement into your ribs and back so that you can find more space for your expanding uterus all the way around your torso.
