The face and head self massage is a gentle way to relax the muscles around your eyes, forehead, nose and jaw. This sequence stimulates your face and enhances your awareness of habitual and unconscious facial expressions that may be causing you pain or tension.
When we touch our face with patience and compassion, we immediately impact the nervous system in a way that can provide calm and peace in the whole body.
