Roll Model Mama is series of videos with step-by-step demonstrations for how to develop a self-soothing rolling practice using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. These sequences offer you solutions to address tension and mobility in every part of your body during every stage of your pregnancy.
The demonstrations are offered with strategies for both early and late stage pregnancy.
We look at four basic areas where we can influence how we move and feel in our ever changing body: breath, posture, whole body movement and the diaphragm-pelvic floor relationship.
This series is designed to empower you with skills to relieve many of the aches and pains that may arise as pregnancy progresses.
