The sacroiliac joints change with age, in most cases becoming a bit less mobile as the joint space decreases. These joints are already quite stiff by design. But some bodies struggle with local tensions and discomfort related to joint stiffness. This class combines gentle rollouts and self-mobilizations of the SI Joints.
