Plank up your proprioception, challenge your core, and experience a clearer connection with your spine. This exercise effectively turns on and enlivens your core musculature and glutes by inviting you to come down to your side, prop your knees against the ground, and work on activating the side of your shoulders and hips.
Side Plank with Knees Bent strengthens the core and hips, retones the quads and psoas, and energizes your vast inner strength.
