Uncoil a sense of space between your vertebrae with a side squeeze that strengthens your abdominals and lateral breath. This savasana begins in rest pose but moves you to actively open into a side bend to breathe and fan out the soft tissues along the ribs and thoracic spine.
Sidebending Savasana deeply stretches the lateral sheath of fascia that knits down the side of the body and tractions the spine, ribs, and breath for a simple but not quite relaxing side-empowering corpse pose.
