Enhance the dynamic strength of the lateral body and spine in breath and movement by winding and unwinding into a side bend. Originally learned from Glenn Black, this floor-supported exercise engages the tubular core and uses the breath like a pump to laterally flex the spine, isolating and retraining the obliques, QL, psoas, and spinal erectors.
