I find it difficult to sit still in meditation. I’m an ants in your pants kind of gal. The more I practice meditation, the more I become aware of the small movements within me that whisper and cajole me to shift, and re-position. If you find it difficult to be still, use this class as your movement preparation towards meditation to open your body, harness your inner figits, and let them become your muse.

After doing the SIT STILL class, we recommend you also do the following class from the Library:

  • KNEEcovery: A Knee Tune Up

The reason I’m pairing this replay class with the new SIT STILL Class is that your knees can be the obstacle to a comfortable sit. Use this class to prime and pamper your knees for every category of seated pose.

In this Series, called Evolution, Jill goes back to her roots, teaching 16 different one hour classes, breaking down and building into well-known Yoga Poses as the focus of each class. Using Roll Model® balls, other props and novel strength building exercises, Jill strategically sequences to properly prep the body for each pose.
