Roll a therapy ball along the front of the neck to alleviate tightness surrounding the platysma, subclavius, and intercostals that translate into relief in the ribs, neck, and jaw. This exercise strums a therapy ball below the clavicles, helping you smile more fully as you wring and stretch the superficial soft tissues that contract and relax above your heart.
Subclavicle Smooth-Out gently glides open the front of the neck, and allows for smoother passage of the vessels and nerves that branch outward from the brachial plexus into the hands and fingers.
