Get your head on straight by eliminating tension in your shoulders and neck flexors. Wrap your chin and neck around a Coregeous Ball, and retone deep neck muscles, longus colli and longus capitis to reduce parasitic tension in the head and neck. To progress this exercise, be sure to move through the jaw integration.
Text Neck Neglect retrains the front of the neck to activate the neck into a better shape that alleviates unnecessary stress in the head, neck, and shoulders.
