This exercise minimizes the presence of forward head posture, and encourages more length between the skull and shoulders. Grab a pair of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and tease them into the tops of the shoulders to compress and release tense tissues between the balls and your breath.
Trapezius Tamer soothes your traps and levator scapula, allowing the shoulders to settle and support a more sustainable posture complemented by greater connection with your diaphragmatic breath.
