This experience will deeply rub, scrub and nuzzle the therapy balls into these tissues. Massage and discover the interconnected way that the therapy balls can affect mobility from your hands all the way to the spine. The video guides you with tips on pressure, so you can pay attention to the more delicate nerve structures at the wrist and elbow.
