This self massage rolling treatment uses the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to deeply rub and soothe all the layers of your feet and ankles to reduce stiffness, enhance mobility and improve circulation.
The way your feet and ankles move affects the way you perform in sport and how you navigate in daily life. Your ability to balance, be agile and coordinated is connected to movement capacity at your lower extremities. As each joint articulates one against the other when you walk, the feet and ankles set off a cascade of joint expressions that resonate all the way through your body.
This movement and massage sequence will help to mobilize your ankles, heels, and all the small joints around your toes, so your feet can be more coordinated and have the capacity to handle the pressures and demands placed upon them.
