Global shear is a GO TO technique you will want to master and use repeatedly as a cornerstone of your rolling practice. This is by far one of the most efficient and effective ways to resuscitate your soft tissues to help them restore balance and remain elastic in a short amount of time.
The global shear uses the Coregeous® ball right on your skin surface to mobilize and help slide the many layers of muscles, fascia, tendons and joints within your trunk. In this video you will massage all around the entire perimeter of your ribcage, upper back, abdominals and lower back. These moves deeply stroke through the layers of soft tissues that support and mobilize your Core.
Global shear creates internal friction generating heat and perfusing the region with fresh circulation. This practice is a great one to refresh your muscles and prepare you for your next training session.
