This lower torso treatment lets you take a 360 degree experiential dive into the soft tissues located between your pelvis and your ribs. This region is an interdependent system made up of muscles, joints, fascia and bones. It is vital as the seat of your power, and it is your primary engine for walking, running and everything you do.
Often with vigorous athletic training, repetition can make tissues stiff and less pliable. Left unresolved, this stiffness can limit your full potential for power and mobility.
This reclined floor sequence can help restore fluidity throughout this region with the deep touch provided by your Alpha® ball and your Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. The therapy balls will comb, stroke and rub through the layers of muscles within the abdomen and the lower back, so you can restore movement through all planes of motion.
