This is a rolling and movement practice that will provide a deep tissue massage to the muscles of your upper shoulders and back. This treatment uses the larger Alpha® ball and the Yoga Tune Up® plus size balls to address muscular stiffness, pain and improve a very functional feature of your body: your head to shoulder posture.
Taking care of your upper back and shoulders has a wholistic ripple effect through the entire body. With this treatment you will be taking care of the large span of soft tissues from the base of your skull all the way down to your mid back. The muscles of this body region not only support your posture and weight bearing activities; they provide the scaffolding for breathing, circulation, and nerve conduction.
