The classical Warrior 3 pose stands the test of time for good reason. The Warrior 3 pose shape transfers to ice skaters, powerlifters, NFL kickers, and more. It’s a fantastic exercise to highlight single-leg balance. This hip-brain relationship wanes as we age, but it can be supported by practicing exercises that promote single-leg work. This class invites your whole body to navigate single-leg balance and improve the gluteal strength relationships that lace from finger to foot.

After doing the Warrior 3 Tune Up class, we recommend you do the following class from the library:

  • Hip Flexor Rollout

Now that you’ve challenged yourself with single leg balance work, treat your psoas and all of the surrounding soft tissue to a rollout for added recovery and relaxation.
