Blanket yourself to tensify, stretch, and tap into the animal side of yourself. Simultaneously tighten and stretch to awaken your primal energy with pandiculations, the act of yawning and stretching seen practiced by arising cats, dogs, and humans alike. This playful exercise asks you to roll like an animal against a blanket to express and let go of deep tension.
