Your hands handle many tiny lifts all day, every day in ways that are new for our species. Phone holding and computer tech create a toll on our wrists’ ability to move well. Racquet sports like tennis, pickleball, and even golf rely on well-functioning wrists. This swift class provides rollouts and a few exercises that promote healthy wrists.
After doing the WRIST In Peace class, we recommend you do the following classes from the library:
- Can you Handle a Thumb Class?
- EYEBALL: It’s Time to Prime Your Eyes (helpful for tech)
- What the HELLBOW?
Ankle sprains don’t just localize agony in the ankle. The hip will create a workaround to minimize pressure and pain in the ankle complex. This class re-integrates your hip so it collaborates better with its downstairs neighbor.
