The Roll Model® Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation/meditation). As certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner you will be recognized as having gone through the proper educational training and hands on skill drills, and proven to understand and apply the core fundamentals of The Roll Model® Method.
As certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner you can utilize the Roll Model® name and branding within your class and workshop titles and descriptions, and can call yourself a certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner in bio material and with private clients.
You are authorized to use the Roll Model® Method logo to promote classes and workshops in your promotional materials.
You are listed on the Tune Up Fitness website as a Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner which is searchable by area so that clients can find local teachers quickly.
In order to become a Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner you must complete the following trainings and courses:
- The Roll Model® Method: The Science of Rolling
- The Roll Model® Method: Ball Sequencing & Innovation
- The Roll Model® Method Correspondence Course
These modules can be taken in any order and there is no time requirement in which all three must be completed.
After successfully completing all three modules, there is a certification and license fee of $50.00 and an annual re-testing and renewal fee of $50. Our goal is to ensure the quality and efficacy of our certified Roll Model Method Practitioner base, therefore, when a Practitioner's certification license is up for annual renewal, they will need to take, and pass, an abbreviated version of the Roll Model Correspondence Course Test.
