The Coregeous® program is series of movement and self massage rolling classes designed to help you release tension and build strength in your abdominal Core with an “”inside out”” approach that integrates skillful breathing strategies with whole body integration.
These videos will guide you to understand your core as a whole body system that spans beyond your abdominal muscles. You will get to navigate through movement in your shoulders, hips, low back and abdomen to get fully Coregeous®. Along the way, expect these classes to help reveal stiffness, weakness or compensation patterns that may not be fully serving you.
The method is simple: your body’s muscles, connective tissues, joints and bones are all given the attention they deserve with therapeutic massage, breathwork and strength building movements. Working this way supports your nervous system, strengthens and lengthens muscles and does all of this in a coordinated holistic manner.
For these classes you will use your Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls and your inflated Coregeous® ball.
By the time you have completed all of the segments, you will have self assessed much of your strengths and limitations, expanded your self knowledge and embarked on journey of embodied Core strength.
