First off, no foot shaming here. Flat Feet are NOT necessarily a condition that needs fixing. There is a lot of variability in human feet with their 26 bones and 33 joints. The “Flat Foot” can be an issue if it also comes along with pain, poor proprioception, ankle weakness or other chronic lower leg challenges. Enter a Tune Up Footness class where you’ll work on building the musculature of the innermost foot as well as strengthening the toe connectors and so much more.
