The Tune Up Fitness Video on Demand library consists of Online Classes, Mentorship Sessions, Collections (our former DVDs) and the YTU At Home Program as described below: – Online Classes: 30 – 60 minute classes filled with novel approaches that help address mobility, pain, strength, down regulation and soft-tissue recovery. – Mentorship Sessions: One Hour Interactive sessions where Jill Miller and/or guests discuss exercise modifications, take questions, and presents additional movement exercises. – Collections: Video segments from our full DVD catalog, now available for you online. – Yoga Tune Up® At Home Program: Video segments, arranged in a class style presentation advancing in difficulty as you progress through the series . There are 4 levels and each level has 6 classes. There are a total of 24 classes within the full YTU At Home Program.
