I started performing abdominal self-massage on myself more than 30 years ago as a way to contact my core that was numbed out due to food addiction and body dysmorphia. I started sharing these techniques with others and soon learned that it was helping with a wide range of other symptoms. Students reported softening of scar tissue, changes in back pain, c-section recovery, digestion improvements, emotional release, and so much more!
