The reason I’m pairing The Handstand Class with Break the Rectangle Cage is because these classes mutually complement one another. Both classes have a heavy focus on the scapulothoracic joint, the un-joint between the rib cage and scapula/shoulders. Alternating between the preps from each of the classes will help build Handstand and Core Integration – whichever is your goal.
