Your eyes are two-way windows, letting the world enter your brain and helping your blood bask in light as it passes across your pupils. The health of our eyes may shift throughout our life, making it harder to find focus and sense well. Eye strain is a literal drain on every system of the body, but there’s things we can do to see wtih more discerning vision. One of our most popular sessions, this 2 part class features:
1) a focused rollout to help with the neuromyofascial relationships of the head, neck and eyes
2) a set of mobility exercises specifically for the muscles of the eyes.

After doing the EYE BALLS: IT’S TIME TO PRIME YOUR EYES class, we recommend you also do the following class from the Library.

  • Savasana – Your Mental Powernap

Maximizing non-screen time often means powering down everything to completely restore and reset. Savasana never disappoints and helps you maximize recovery time for your gaze.

In each class from MOVE, BREATHE, ROLL, – Innovate Series Jill leaves the confines of the ‘rectangle cage’ and brings you into her creative lab where she picks one theme and alchemizes it to help you identify body blind spots. Each class is a whole-body session full of surprises and novel therapeutic approaches that address mobility, pain, strength and soft-tissue recovery. If you’re hungering for something a little different, these sequences will interject some spice into your own practice and spark your own creativity.
