This lower body hypertrophy workout targets your glutes, quads, calves, hamstrings, and hips to build strength and restore mobility. You’ll blend self-massage rollouts with functional strength moves like glute bridges, deadlifts, and squats to improve alignment and reduce lower body tension. Ideal for anyone dealing with tight hips, weak glutes, or lower back discomfort.
