The Leg Stretch Series is a macro-nutrient regimen for your hips. This series is the ultimate brush and floss of every hip angle. It leaves you feeling supple, mobile, connected and deeply relaxed, serving as a foundational series that builds an embodied sense of your hip joints in space and in your body.

After doing the LEG STRETCH SERIES class, we recommend you also do the following classes from the Library:

  • Like BUTTer: A Treat for Your Seat
  • Fascial Facial

The reason I’m pairing these replay classes with the new LEG STRETCH SERIES Class is that Like BUTTer: A Treat for Your Seat asks your hip muscles and especially your glutes to become strong at every angle. THE LEG STRETCH SERIES is a perfect pairing for hard working bottoms to recover and repair.

Your hips aren’t the only part of you that needs to be pampered this week. If some of these leg moves cause you to displace tension into your face, Fascia Facial will soothe your scrunchy muscles AND deeply relax you.

In this Series, called Evolution, Jill goes back to her roots, teaching 16 different one hour classes, breaking down and building into well-known Yoga Poses as the focus of each class. Using Roll Model® balls, other props and novel strength building exercises, Jill strategically sequences to properly prep the body for each pose.
