In this 60 Min Yoga Tune Up Class titled: Like BUTTer: A Treat for your Seat, Jill takes you through multiple movements that mobilize all the muscles of your hip joint. Welcome to the Glute LABoratory. Today, you will become a bottom sensing scientist within your body. You’ll discover and improve your active and passive range of motion in your rump leaving you feeling strong and supple in your coxal joints.

Each of Jill’s 60 minute Yoga Tune Up® classes are an interdisciplinary tour of Yoga, corrective exercise, self-massage, breath strategies and mindset work to help you find and heal your body blind spots. Each class helps you find areas of overuse, underuse or misuse and improves your body’s sense of itself.
