As the recipient of a Total Hip Replacement at age 47 with hypermobility as an underlying cause, I have a lot to say about living on the edge of your joints. This class addresses myths around mobility in the movement space and helps you to map the true grey zone of your range, the under-explored mid-range.

You will challenge your hips from every angle and every range. Expect to be therapeutically sore from all this hip attention.

In this series of MOVE, BREATHE, ROLL – The Logical/Mythological Series, Jill focuses on common myths and misperceptions of practice that still persist in yoga and movement classrooms today. Each class tackles a myth that unrolls like a sticky mat when you filter it through anatomy, kinesiology and physiology.
