Our feet and ankles are often robbed of their capacity to express themselves because of the shoes we choose to wear and the environments on which we run, walk and play. This sequence is designed to restore motion to the joints in your foot, ankle and lower leg with gentle but effective stretches and massage.
These exercises will illuminate tight and undermoved areas of the lower extremities and revive their capacity for pain-free movement.
