The Original Therapy Ball targets specific trigger points and high-tension areas in your body by gripping and grabbing your skin, fascia, and multiple layers of muscles with ease. Ideal for helping improve blood flow and aiding in rib cage mobilization, this product is used throughout the Body By Breath Immersion.
The Coregeous Ball’s unique soft-stretchy “skin” gently grips skin and fascia for maximum shear to release the innermost abdominals. It’s also your “go to” for times (or areas) when the solid Therapy Balls cause a bracing response. The Coregeous Ball is ideal for downregulation by stimulating the vagus nerve as well as enhancing breath dynamics. This tool is used throughout the Body By Breath Immersion
