It may sound like hyperbole, but “Tech Neck and Shoulders” can be nearly eradicated with the Arm Bar movement. This beautiful strength and conditioning exercise is beloved for targeting the thoracic spine, shoulders, neck and pelvis at once. It harnesses gravity and position in a unique way to dust off remote corners of the body in one fell swoop. Bring a 3- 10lb weight to class and let’s break down the ballet of the Arm Bar.
