In this 60 Min Yoga Tune Up Class titled: Chest Day: an Upper Body Tune Up, Jill takes you through the network of bones, joints, muscles and fascial interfaces of your chest truly comprise the heart of your body. This class will help you refine beneficial ribcage breathing practices along with back strengthening and shoulder freeing moves.
