Child’s pose can be experienced as a whole body retreat… a retreat from the intensity of the world and a time to reconnect with your primal developmental shape: the embryo. Before you could lift your head against gravity, the flexed body position was your safety zone. This class explores all planes of motion to help coiling back into that primal shape to discover a new sense of ease and rejuvenation.
