Not everyone loves Twisted Triangle Pose. It’s a move that requires a dizzying amount of stability, mobility and coordination especially from the core. My affection was not always there for it, but in my 40th year as a yoga practitioner, I can honestly confess it’s my favorite of classic poses (along with Savasana). This class plays with the hip/core components of the pose to help your lower body and upper body to twist together in harmony.
