Your obliques exist in all three planes of motion. They generate sagittal (forward and backward) motions of the spine as well as transverse (rotational) and frontal plane (sideways) movements. The side-to-side movements can be a big blind spot for many bodies. This class takes you into how to generate lateral core stability by maximizing your awareness and strength of all oblique layers.
