Your shoulder hurts. You’re not sure where to begin with a rollout. This session provides a gentle rollout for tender shoulders. Whether you’re dealing with Frozen Shoulder, labrum sensitivity, pre- or post shoulder surgery, or you overtrained, this session of gentle self-massage plus a dash of mobility can help you thaw from discomfort so that the rest of your movement day has options.
After doing the Shoulder-Thaw Rollout class, we recommend you do the following class from the library:
Ankle sprains don’t just localize agony in the ankle. The hip will create a workaround to minimize pressure and pain in the ankle complex. This class re-integrates your hip so it collaborates better with its downstairs neighbor.
