The front and sides of the shoulders may be more visible in the mirror, but the back of the shoulders are the key to healthy shoulder mechanics. This lesson improves your proprioception of the shoulder blades, improves your shoulder posture, and strengthens your upper back. A perfect class for those bedraggled by tech neck and excessive sitting.

After finding relief in the shoulders, take a tour of the hub of the shoulders. Roll around the scapula and treat the soft tissue that spoke outward from the scapula.
