I love joints, but my favorite one is probably the scapulothoracic joint. The way the scapula moves along the rib cage is glorious and variable. Of course, if the muscles and fascia connecting to this bone are weak, injured or overtrained, it can impact the rhythm of the entire shoulder girdle.
