Ella Daly

Ella brings over 25 years of experience in yoga, bodywork, and movement education to her work as an integrative bodyworker, therapeutic movement specialist, and wellness coach on the islands of Kaua’i and Oahu.  A lifelong dancer, swimmer, and nature lover, she sees the body as a living ecosystem — adaptable, resilient, and capable of profound healing when given the right support.

Through her practice, Vital Embodiment, she helps people reduce tension, restore ease, drop into flow states, experience greater pleasure, and feel more at home in their bodies by blending hands-on myofascial bodywork, somatic movement repatterning, and evidence-based self-care tools. Her approach integrates Yoga Tune Up®, The Roll Model® Method, and Body by Breath® with coaching and other embodiment practices to create lasting results.

Ella has been a fitness professional since 1997 and an E-RYT since 2005. Her path has included extensive training across many yoga lineages, several years of immersion at the Esalen Institute, and certification in Awareness Oriented Structural Integration at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork on Kauai. She is a Hawaii Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), nationally certified BCTMB®, and certified through the FLOW Coaching Institute. She holds an MS in Biological Sciences from Auburn University.

Beyond playshops and private sessions, she teaches continuing education classes for yoga teachers and massage therapists. She also sees clients online and offers in-depth coaching support. She particularly loves designing custom transformative healing retreats for both residents and visitors on Kauai & Oahu, and occasionally in other places.
