Embody. Heal. Thrive.

At the heart of Lil’s work is a simple idea: the more curious we become about our bodies, the more possibilities we discover. Her approach blends movement, mindfulness, anatomy, strength, nervous-system regulation, and embodied awareness to help people move with greater ease, build resilience, and feel more at home in themselves.

Lil’s deepest passion is individual work, where she can meet each person exactly where they are and explore the unique intersection of movement, history, habits, stress, and lived experience that shapes how they feel and move. Her professional development includes mentorship in pelvic floor health and working with people navigating cancer and chronic illness, along with deeper study of chronic pain and mental health. She brings this broad perspective to each client—not with a one-size-fits-all formula, but with curiosity about what this particular body needs.

With a healthy obsession with anatomy and a deep appreciation for the intelligence of the body, Lil brings both precision and playfulness to her work. She loves giving people practical tools they can actually use, inviting them to slow down enough to notice what’s happening, experiment rather than perform, and discover that small shifts in awareness can create meaningful change.

Lil also loves teaching group classes, where she gets to share that same spirit of exploration with a room full of curious humans. Whether she’s teaching Yoga Tune Up®, restorative yoga, strength, or a step class, her intention is to create an environment where people feel safe enough to explore, empowered enough to experiment, and playful enough to enjoy the process.

Ultimately, Lil wants people to leave her sessions not just feeling different, but knowing themselves a little better—more connected, more capable, and more at home in their bodies.
