The jaw and its temporomandibular joints (TMJ) are arguably in the top 10 most used joints in the body. This makes them vulnerable to wear and tear at any point in your life. External work on the face and neck is extremely helpful to address tension, immobility and pain, but internal work gets to the meat of the jaw joints like no other. This session provides some external and some internal work. Wash your hands, trim your nails and get ready to make your touch toothsome.
