The psoas is a deep hip flexor that connects multiple joints along the spine and hip. It acts as a major suspension cable for the pelvis and is directly linked to the respiratory diaphragm. This experiential anatomy class takes you on a tour to contact this major postural muscle. Class includes tranquilizing rollouts as well as deep core and hip activations for whole body balance.
