A winged scapula describes a shoulder blade that isn’t resting well on the rib cage. When it wings, the bottom portion of the scapula juts off the back and pokes out. It represents weakness in muscles that support your back, neck and of course, shoulder. This class will cover the anatomy of this phenomenon, rollouts to improve motion of the shoulder joints and exercises to promote stability.
