Strengthen the overlooked muscles that support side-to-side movement and lower body stability. This class targets your hips, glutes, and core through focused lateral training and mobility work.
You’ll start with self-massage for the IT band, peroneals, and lats to release tightness, then flow into lateral lunges, side planks, and controlled side bends to build balance and coordination. Every move reinforces hip stability, glute activation, and spinal alignment—helping you move fluidly and prevent knee or hip strain.

- Reducing tension through the IT band and hips
