Build strength through finding the connection between your hips and shoulders. This class focuses on rotational control, spinal mobility, and deep core engagement to help you move with ease and efficiency.
Through self-massage and integrated movement sequences, you’ll release tension in the adductors, glutes, and lats before progressing into 3D rotational drills and core-powered strength circuits. Each sequence trains anti-rotation, stability, and flow to connect your upper and lower body through controlled spiraling motion.
