This class focuses on strengthening and balancing the upper body to improve posture and relieve common sources of tension. You’ll target the pec major, pec minor, lats, rhomboids, and diaphragm through a mix of deep tissue rollouts, mobility drills, and strength-building movements. Ideal for anyone who spends hours at a desk, struggles with rounded shoulders, or wants to build functional upper body strength.
